📦 Shipping Information

Processing Time:
All headwraps and in-stock Velveteen ship within 2–5 business days.
Please note: Large sale events may slightly delay shipping times.

Presale Velveteen Shipping:
Presale items ship according to the timeline listed on the product page at the time of purchase. While we ask for up to 9 weeks, most ship out much sooner!

We offer FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders $30+
Excludes presale Velveteen, sale events, and Price Point Sales

Shipping Protection:
Bunny Knots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
To keep your order safe, we offer Route Shipping Protection at checkout—peace of mind for pennies.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Headwraps:
Because of their handmade, custom nature, all headwrap sales are final.
If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to help with an exchange for store credit.

To request an exchange:

  • Email hello@bunnyknots.co within 3 days of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Exchanges must be pre-approved before mailing
    (Unapproved returns will be sent back to the sender.)


Velveteen Loungewear:

  • Presale Velveteen orders may be cancelled anytime before they ship.

  • If you'd like to request a return or exchange, please email us within 3 days of the delivery date.

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original packaging

We reserve the right to deny a return if it doesn't meet these standards.

🔍 Item Inspection & Claims

We want every item to arrive as perfect as your little one. If something’s off, let us make it right.

You have 3 calendar days from delivery to inspect your items and notify us of any issues.

To file a claim:

  • Email hello@bunnyknots.co

  • Include your order number and clear photos of any damage or quality concerns

  • Claims received after 3 days cannot be honored
