Returns
Due to the nature of the product and it’s custom details, all sales are final. If you receive your purchase and discover it’s the incorrect size, we’ll be happy to provide you issue store credit to purchase the correct size. Please e-mail hello@bunnyknots.co within five days of receiving your package to initiate an exchange. Be sure to include your order number. 
If you wish to cancel your order please do so within 24 hours of purchasing.

Inspection of Items Timeframe
Sometimes items don't make it to their final destination in a perfect state or perhaps something was missed by quality control. Don't fret! We want your items to be perfect. That's why we give you up to five calendar days to open and inspect your items and make a claim. To file a claim, send an email to hello@bunnyknots.co with your order number and photos of any damage or imperfections. All claims must be made within five days of receiving your item(s) or they will not be honored.
