Returns
Headwraps: Due to the nature of the product and its custom details, all sales are final. If you receive your purchase and discover it’s the incorrect headwrap size, we’ll be happy to provide an exchange for the correct size. Please e-mail hello@bunnyknots.co within three days of receiving your package to initiate an exchange for store credit. Be sure to include your order number. We will not accept exchanges sent without prior approval. They will be mailed back.
Velveteen Loungewear: Velveteen presale orders can be cancelled at any time before they ship. If you wish to return/exchange your Velveteen, please reach out to our customer service team (hello@bunnyknots.co) within three days of it's marked delivery date. All returns/exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, and in orginal packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange/return depending on the circumstance.

Inspection of Items Timeframe
Sometimes items don't make it to their final destination in a perfect state or perhaps something was missed by quality control. Don't fret! We want your items to be perfect. That's why we give you up to three calendar days to open and inspect your items and make a claim. To file a claim, send an email to hello@bunnyknots.co with your order number and photos of any damage or imperfections. All claims must be made within three days of receiving your items.
